KNITTING IS GREAT!
And I have also started doing what is called a visual journal...it is like a scrapbook...on crack...each page is another little piece of art and I love it...here are some pics of my Journal...

I never considered myself an artist till I came across the Visual Journal. It has opened my mind and heart to the concept that YES...I AM an ARTIST. It was a long time coming to be able to say that phrase with confidence...but now I can.

well I hate to the "malicious attack" - what a beast! But I love the visual journal! I think I'm gonna have to try that myself... I think my mom would like that too. Anyway glad you're back in full swing! By the way did I mention what a beast!
Alright, I wanna learn to knit too! I have for the past year but I don't know where to start. Did you learn from a book? Was it good? I want to make lovely baby blankets!!

I bought a little book from Walmart called I taught Myself to knit. You can also find a lot of How To videos on You tube. I watched a few of those as well. I haven't graduated to the blankets yet...but I have made a scarf and a hat. :)
