So yesterday was Day 4 so I could have Firm Proteins...like fish, shrimp,ground meat. So I opted for Shrimp...sauteed in a lil EVOO( extra virgin olive for those that don't watch 30 minute meals). Added lemon pepper and hot sauce to season and OOO LAA LAA!!!!!! YUM!!!!
Then later I made Protein Peanut Butter Balls. They may be a little much for some cause it is just PB, 4 scoops of protein powder and vanilla...but I LOVE THEM!!!!
It is like a lil protein treat. :)
