Anniversaries and Allergies...

This past Sunday was my and Eric's ONE year anniversary. We had big things planned for Saturday...a trip to the farmers market to purchase seafood for a Seafood Paella that we were going to make. A small road trip on the motorcycle, movie rentals and lunch out somewhere. Great plans huh? Well the best laid plans of mice and men...INSTEAD...I was sick ALL WEEKEND with a blasted sinus infection...it even carried over to MONDAY...and yes...I am at work today STILL stuffy and sweaty and icky...sigh
So all those plans have been moved to the week we are out for spring break. I did give Eric his card and he loved it. And we were able to get out on Sunday for a bit...we went to Chilis for dinner and Lori came with us.
She was visiting from SC for the weekend. It was fun. The wait staff sang Happy Anniversary to us...

and we all split a Choco Chip Molten cake. YUMMMMM....All in all it was a good weekend. I was happy to just be able to hang out with Eric. It is pretty crazy but even after a year...he is still my favorite person to hang out with...
