Spoons and Lupus

I read this today on a friend's blog that I stalk and my heart was touched.
If any of my readers know anyone with Lupus or another auto immune disease...READ THIS...it is all about keeping track of your spoons...

I am still fighting back tears. The most clear and honest way I have ever heard this disease described. 
And a shout out to my Sister...she has to count spoons as well. She fights against lupus every day...and I have to say she does it with more grace than I ever would be able to do.
