It all started at the TGIFridays with my sister...
We were Supposed to have a girls nite with just me and Lori...but the gang had other plans...as you shall see...Lori dubbed the night SISTER night...but right in the middle of it she had to stop by Elisa's house to drop off something for the Grown up Shower on Saturday(the next day). And I took the bait hook line and sinker. So we went to drop off the "item"..and lo and behold...it was a LAS VEGAS shower. And this was the kind of shower that the 'grown folks' weren't invited to if you know what I mean. ;)

I made this face A LOT that night and it was AWESOME!!
Can I just say I LOVE THIS WIG...it may just have to make an appearance for Halloween. I'm just sayin...
Why yes, that IS a candy bra...heh heh heh....And yes....I TRIED IT ON!!!!!!!!
Ok enough of the rebel rousing. On to the DAY shower...so many wonderful ladies came to help me celebrate getting married. It was a wonderful day. I am blessed to be surrounded by such awesome people. And Sherri and Elisa...and Lori..I appreciate all that you did...and NO this does NOT count as a thank you note. ;)
I actually dressed up for the occasion with a little help from Mom. And let's face it...I think my Mom is a saint. She is simply the best. Love you Mom!!
And Lori got all gussied up as well.
But she is still a little crazy!
And now for a smattering of gift opening. It was very fun and a little nerve racking. I know eeryone thinks I love to be the center of attention...but for some reason I was nervous that day.
And then there was the PREGNACY TEST. Hey I registered for it thinking it would be a good chuckle...till I had to open it in front of MY MOM!!!! Then it was HILARIOUS! :)

We loved our candy bra. I hope you got some fun use out of it. I'm so sad that I missed your showers, how fun was that!!
